The effect of suspension training systems on muscle recruitment during two types of dynamic exercises

      Purpose: The purpose of this study was to create more insight into the mechanism of suspension training equipment by investigating whether or not significant differences in muscle recruitment patterns exist between exercises performed in a stable and two suspended conditions. Additionally, it analysed if performing the same exercise on hands versus elbows and if executing the exercise in prone or supine affects the recruitment patterns.
